In 2019, I had the opportunity to be the resident Costume Designer and Costume Shop Manager at the Brownville Village Theatre during the summer season. Zombie Prom was one of my favorite shows to date! Rachel allowed me so much creative freedom which is always a delight! Our ensemble women each had their own color scheme (Candy was pink, Coco was orange, Ginger was yellow) and Toffee was featured in blues until she finally accepts Zombie Jonny at the prom sporting a green dress. Our ensemble men sported classic 50s looks as well, including our rebel turned zombie lead Jonny. It was so much fun to design a show in the 1950s - one of my favorite time periods!
